Hostel Via Lario
This hostel is absolutely no-go. It is dirty not to mention the service. The owner is someone from Asia - something I don't have any problem with; I have been to other hostels, run by Asian people. The dust, dirtiness and bad service are not to justify anyway. The owner lives obviously in a room behind the reception together with a dog that barks at the guests. Room 1 does not have proper windows and you can imagine how cold it was. This room faced the street and all day and night long you can enjoy the sounds of the classic Italian traffic. It was dirty, old, out-dated and unhospitable. They don't have a PC at the reception and if you don't present a printed copy of your booking, they will charge you the amount you already transfered to hostelbookers or another hostel provider.
In case you go to Milan, Via Lario should be your last option.
