Il Duomo
by Klod5
Il Duomo is the famous cathedral of Milano.
If the volumes are massive and heavy, the monument is covered entirely of a lace of sculptures that makes a major work of it. You will be able to pass of hours to admire all details and the sophistication of these sculptures...
ADVICE: Don´t forget long arm clothes for churches
by chancay
Especially for girls: in summer don´t forget to bring some kind of sweater, something with long arms, even when it´s really hot. You can´t enter the churches and cathedrals with naked shoulders!!!!!!!!!!!!
Couture Shopping
by jlee008 about The Golden Triangle
Here lies the heart of couture fashion, the Via Montenapoleone. From this stems the source of the hottest fashions in the world. Stroll through the shops of Gucci, Salvatore Ferragamo, Prada, Giorgio Armani, and Gianfranco Ferre.
Don't expect a lot of service unless you plan on spending a lot of money. As I discovered throughout most of the Italian shops is that service is dependent on how much money people think you are willing to spend. Scarves and small accessories
Shoes, shoes, and lots of shoes.... The sky's the limit

Like many nightclubs in Milan you can eat here too; Friday and Saturday nights from 9.30 - 10.45 there's a buffet, and there's a proper restaurant but I'm not rich enough to try that out.
This nightclub comes into its own in summer; in my opinion it's the best.

ok, I haven't finished this tip but I have to come offline, so I'll save it and update later! Smartish, but I don't think there's an official one.
Airports around Milan
by sierralyndon
Milan is served by three airports:
1) Malpensa - located way outside Milan, reachable by bus, airport express train or of course by taxi. Give yourself plenty of time to get here if you are coming by road (esp. during rush hour and one Friday and Sunday evenings) as you will be travelling on the highway
2) Linate - the city airport, accessible by public bus no. 73 leaving from Piazza San Babila in town
3) Orio al Serio - it's a bit of a stretch calling this a Milan airport, although all the budget airlines sell it as such. Located in Bergamo, the shuttle bus from the airport to Milan Central Station takes between 45 minutes to an hour (it once took me 1 1/2 hours!).
