Overlooking a quiet street, in a relaxing, cozy setting, just a few minutes walk from the city centre with its elegant boutiques.
The Duomo and the Navigli area, the liveliest and most picturesque part of Milan.

Mercure Milano Corso Genova
Very pleasant rooms and nice clean hotel, we stayed 3 nights. Kind of falls between Metropolitana stops, but we did on at least once occasion hoof it from the Duomo and it was not too far.
Oustandingly good buffet breakfast.
Unique Quality: Recommended
We booked with superbreak vouchers, their rate was not great but there was a 3rd night when you paid for two offe on. hence no direct price comparison

The hotel with the best location in Milan
This hotel is generally OK, but still a very good tip for hotel in Milan. I have actually stayed here twice.
The rooms are clean and nice, but very small. You have a good chance a getting an OK view.
What really seperates this hotel from others in Milan, is the location. It lies a few minutes walk from the lively (at night) Naviglia Grande, and you can also walk to the Duomo. It is a lot of shoppingoppurtinities nearby, and just around the corner it is a cool restaurant with great food - "the Bicycle".
Strangely, this is the only hotel with this tourist-strategic location. Most of the other hotels is in the businessarea.
Unique Quality: The best location of the Milan-hotels.

Ideal for a few nights!
This was the perfect hotel to stay for just 2 nights. It was a small, but clean, nice hotel. We had a late arrival at the airport, so by the time we arrived at the hotel, it was past midnight. But we had a very good welcome at the 24-hr open reception. They serve a warm buffet for breakfast, which was also excellent!
The hotel is Situated in the 'Navigli' area of Milan and is therefore ideal for quick and easy access to all of Milan's major attractions. The Duomo and Milans main shopping district is only a 15 minute walk away.

It is a nice hotel , in a nice neighboorhood , not so far away from puplic transport...
The breakfast is okay , the rooms either small....
What we didn't liked was the price. The price-quality accordance got a bit lost here...
Is this a normal price in MILAN ? let me know.

Ciao,
Piazza cinque giornate is a good district for shopping and to go to downtown, about 10 minutres walking.
For nightlife Navigli is better, you can go from your hotel with the tramway no. 29 or 30 (one is going the other is coming, I don't remember exactly but they are running on the same street) or no. 9, which is running on the same tracks of 29/30. Tramway are running til 1am, ask your hotel

We stayed in Mercure Milano Corso Genova which was handy for Navigli district. I can recommend this hotel if it's within your budget for service and location
