They were very nice and precisely formal. I asked for a map to Milan and they provides one, circled the hotel and I was off to explore.
Location is great! next to the station, right across from the malpensa shuttle.
one issue is the underground, which i could feel early in the night, but if you can sleep through that, the rooms are nice high modern design. Mine was black and chrome. It was nicely designed overall.
Full bath, with a video monitor and associated goodness. Theme: HotelPrice: US$180 and up » Currency ConverterDirections: Right where you need to be. Next to the station, across from the malpensa shuttle. To me it was a short walk to the Castle and to the Il Duomo. But if you don't like to walk, the metro is right outside.
