beautiful hotel good front desk staff

We are staying here for about 2 weeks - it seems the longer you stay here the less the room service do to either clean your room give you fresh towels and wash cloths.The Front desk Staff has been wonderful -- one ice machines no irons for the rooms and no self laundry available on site ..good location

OK hotel...4 nights at $400 a night

I was not too happy with the hotel, especially for $400 a night. The first night the power was out for about 2 hours. The heat woke me up, it was terrible. The breakfast, if not included, cost about 36 euros. It's definitely not worth it. The dinner at the restaurant was not very good either. I ordered Milanese Veal with two bottles of regular water and the bill was 63 euros. Avoid this place.

Not bad for a hotel in Milan

We recenly stayed for 3 nights in one of their renovated rooms. The room was fairly modern, clean, well air conditioned and standard Westin features such as good bed and shower.

The staff is helpful but they are not very friendly. I don't think I saw any of the concierge folks smile once while we were there.

Overall I think the hotel is a little overpriced and their services for laundry, etc are fairly high (for example 10 Euros to have a shirt pressed or 5.50 Euros for a very small cappucino). With this said, I am not sure what the other options in Milan are any better in this category of hotel.
