so close to all the sites
Hotel with small rooms and air conditioning - but you can open the window if the air conditioner doesn't work too well. Rate includes breakfast with many options - cereal, egg, prosciutto, cheese, pastries, coffee and juice. You can also get a drink any time of the day, hot or cold, or access your email in the lounge.

Situated very close to the Duomo, the theatre La Scala and the shopping areas are in a walking distance. Most of the major sights are 5 or 10 minutes walking from the hotel. Although only three stars hotel it is very classy and offers alot of facilities.
Unique Quality: The room is air-conditioned and has separate and very modern bathroom, HD satelite TV and free WI-FI coverage. It is part of Brera hotles chain and offering special prices for the regular guests. The staff will check you discretly and if guest have had accomodation in one f Brera hotels, doesnt matter where, will offer special price.
Prices rates from euros 122 for a single room up to euros 334 for the suit.

Special hotel request
I am looking for a recommendation for a hotel in Milan.
I have a very special friend who is getting married in the summer and wants to organise her last week of freedom, with 16 friends in Milan. She had a terrible car accident a couple of years ago and has gone through such bad times, that we'd all like to lake this weekend very special for her.
We're not very very rich, so ideally something of a reasonable size (we can use family rooms and twin rooms), with a lot of charm, near the centre that doesn#t cost much. Can anyone help please?

We stayed at Hotel Zurigo. I wouldn't say it had a lot of "old charm" (it's fairly modern inside), but it was reasonably priced and within walking distance of the Duomo and shopping. They have a web site. Just do a search for it. Personally I preferred Torino to Milan.
