The Residence staff suggest to take Malapensia express and change to metro. But I have a 30kg laugge, so better take bus/coach?

Do I need to take the laugge into the bus?

And for the student residence, any one have suggestions for good price one?

It is strange that I search in Politechnic site, it cost 200 euro/ month, and other site cost 350 euro. But via email they ask for 465 euro. Do you think it is negotiable?

for sure there is no direct bus to student residence, by bus you'll go to railway station, an other one, not the same as the one of Malpensa express, and then you still have to take a metro (maybe more then one) or city bus which is not very easy to take with heavy luggage.
30kg? what about when you'll leave going home?
