We loved it so much we got engaged here at sunset last night on the beach. It topped off our perfect time .
Access to the lake with a paved walk is right across the street. We were most interested in old Simione, however, because of the scenic castle there.
Unique Quality: We couldn't imagine a more romantic and relaxing first anniversary! Beautiful rooms and views, good breakfast and hospitality!
Old Sirmione is very touristy -- Still, it is pretty, and I am glad that we spent some time here. I would certainly go back to Villa Pagoda. Budget B&B travelers will not be disappointed.
Directions: It is a 2.5 K walk to the centro storico, which is pleasant as long as the weather is cool. We took the bus home.
