The Turin TurismoBus is a 'hop on, hop off' tourist bus that circulates around all the main places of interest. It runs every day between 10am to 7pm and visits each of the 15 stops once an hour. A multi-lingual guide is on board, giving a running commentary throughout the route. To use it, you need to buy a Torino Card which also entitles you to free travel on all urban, suburban and out-of-town public transport, free entry to most museums and places of interest in Turin and discounts on guided tours and other events. The card can be bought at Tourist Offices - 16 euros for 48hrs, 18 euros for 72hrs or 30 euros for 5 days. This is an excellent idea because you can criss-cross the city to your heart's content, either on the tourist bus or on the numerous buses and trams, without having to worry about buying tickets.
