Rude front desk staff
On a recent trip to Italy (Tuesday Sept. 29, 2009 to be exact) I visited Torino for only a few hours. I was finding it to be a place I wanted to go back to next year, and went into this hotel to ask about a brochure to see what the beautiful place has to offer. The RUDE MAN at the front desk said, "We have nothing!!" He turned his back and walked to the other end of the desk and refused any more contact. That was obvisouly my dismissal from his presence and his hotel. This hoter obvisouly wants NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU unless you are staying there. found this man to be overly offensive and will stay at a different hotel in Torino next year. It was ONLY because of this INCREDIBLY RUDE front desk clerk.

Dear all,
I''ll be in Torino in mid-September for 5 days and am currently in the process of booking a hotel. I can't decide between the Best Western Hotel Genova, the Hotel Roma e Rocca Cavour and the Jolly Hotel Ligure. Any advice on which one would be the best choice? Thanks for your help!!!

Ciao,
I suggest you Jolly Hotel Ligure. It is a 4 stars in a old building (1750-1800) with all comforts in downtown, in front of the railway station.
The restaurant is very good.
I know the hotel very well and I can assure you that it is the best solution

Do you know that in Torino you can find lovely B&B even in the town centre? Have a look on bed-and-breakfast.it I'm sure you will find something special!

Hotel roma is in the same square of ligure, and is cheaper, although very clean.
I'd suggest u to choose it
