Travel from Pozzallo to Palermo
I need to get from Pozzallo to Palermo for 21:00 on a Wednesday and wondered if anybody could give me some advice as how to best do this. Thank you.

Assuming you mean the one in Sicily you can get to Palermo by train, though it takes around 8 hours.

The 11:25 from Pozzallo would get you into Palermo for 19:40, changing at Siracus and Catania.
It is difficult to know whether there is a bus link which would be feasible. There is certainly a bus from Ragusa (33km from P{ozzallo)to Palermo, which stops at Ragusa. You might well be able to get a connecting bus from Pozzallo.

then click on 'clicca qui', then on 'orario invernale' under 'sede modica'. This will bring up the Modica-Ragusa-Palermo timetable link: takes about 4 hours.

Go by train for Modica from Pozzallo. From there you go by bus to Palermo.

I had already looked at the train option and already have booked other open tickets for travelling around Sicily. I am catching the ferry from Palermo and so wanted to see if there are other options for getting there slightly nearer the departure time. Thank you for your help, it is really appreciated.
