terrible hotel and staffing
this hotel has the most incompetent staff possible!
if you are looking to have a detailed special event, i advise to look elsewhere!
as this venue will not give you the effort nor do the work as they promise in a timely manor!
if you are the type to ask questions as to what your money will buy you... think before you ask as they will go ahead and cancel your event on you!
they are too lazy to do the work as any 5 star hotel would!
if you have your own ideas.. also think again as they will not provide you what you desire.
if you are looking for a dream wedding,, save yourself the hell and find another location unless you would like the joy of wedding planning totally taken from you and have them cancel the event on you when you ask questions!
and not to mention the fact that the hotel has growing mold thru out the venue and a foul smell because of it!
