Main square in Taranto
Remember that it's southern Italy and EVERYTHING is closed in the afternoon (approximately between 1pm and 4pm) when it's hottest. So don't plan to go there in the afternoon to visit some churches and the museum. You will be very dissapointed. Get there in the morning.

Taranto is an "explosive " city...filled of live..during the day, but expecially in the night...a lot of fun.you must try it..!
