Does anyone know how much it costs for a taxi from alghero airport to bosa. have been trying to hire a car for arrival 14/08 - no vehs available. do car hire companies keep some for visitors who can not pre book ?
No to the first part of your question - but Sixt & Argus both had cars available when i just checked. Take a look at www.sixt.co.uk or www.argusrentals.com & see what you can find. It could be however that you are arriving out of hours in which case cars are sometimes more difficult to rent. ( For the record I checked for a 10am pick up & checked through www.travelsupermarket.com ).
Very busy in Summer lunchtimes, great pizza, recall they were on the large side so be sure to be hungry!
One small complaint was that the soft drinks (Coca light) kept coming in cans rather than draft or bottles - you are of course provided a glass. I had my usual Napoletana.
