traditional restaurants in Bosa
We are shortly visiting Bosa in Sardegna and we like traditional food and simple restaurants. We are staying Porto Alabo and have a hire car. We like fish, but want to taste some traditional foodn not tourist pizza and pasta and not expensive de luxe restaurants. Any suggestions?
Also, where is the best market to buy fish in Bosa?

With a hire car, Alghero is the fishing and seafood capital of the island that you should visit. We are going to Alghero and will be visiting Bosa, not much of a drive.
Other than that it is said that Sardegnans are shepherds rather than fishermen which is sometimes refelcted in the menus. You may not see chicken on any menu anywhere (certainly true in Alghero anyway) - although chicken from one of the many rosticceria is the local yokel experience
