Considering the 3 Torri in Agrigento?

Agrigento is not a flat town, moreover, it's quite curved. main streets out of the old town are large and nice, but many people use scooters or motos to go,as there are many cars on the road and with scooter or moto you'll reach the destination much faster. DO I need to mention that driving is chaotic? Going to the old town scooter or moto for sure is much better option than a car.
