Stopped in Castelbouno for a coffee and ended up spending the day.
Famous for its 'Manna' which is a natural sweetener obtained from ash trees. There's a beautiful church - Matrice Vecchia in Piazza Margherita,
with a lovely fountain in front. This is the entrance to the madonie mountains.

Eating mushrooms in Castelbuono

Organized by the travel company on my holidays on Sicilia we went to Castelbuono for an evening to eat dinner in a restaurant specialized on mushrooms. It was delicious. After the dinner I took some fotos of the town.
