Nice experience
Very thoughtfully designed space for every type of a traveler. Breakfast if very good. Good service at breakfast, too. Plates and cups are hot. Enough of basic choices including eggs and sausages – rather American buffet breakfast. Rooms are nicely decorated with contemporary designed accents (in black and white and red). Flat screen TV saves space on computer desk. Very nice bathroom with enough toiletries. Good service on front desk. Parking available in a back of the building.
This hotel did not disappoint me for a minute. Even when our neighbor talked too loud and smoked in a room, I blamed the connecting door and had no hope to solve that problem – that person paid for the room as well; my husband called downstairs and somehow they solved it. Nothing is impossible. At least in a good hotel.

Stylish and quite central
We booked this 4 star hotel through booking.com based on their reviews and as we were given a price of 141 € per night for a triple room and the most important a secure parking for our rented car at no extra cost.
The Hotel is located just next to Polytheama theater in the new part of Palermo but walking distance from the historic centre.
It was a bit tricky to find as no big sign was outside the hotel and its entrance was hard to spot (modest through some stairs).
Spotlessly clean, big beds, spacious room and bathroom and everything in the colors of black and ecru. Not a single painting on the walls therefore reflecting the choices by the stylist.
I can't comment on the breakfast as we departed too early, but what I can say is about the receptionists which were extremely kind, helpful and with good knowledge of english. I think they deserve a big bravo for their services even though we stayed one night.

Is anyone familiar with this hotel? I can't seem to find any info on it, but Expedia has it listed with a good rate for a 4-star hotel. Also looking at Hotel Ambasciatori. I do not know anything about Palermo and want to be in a convienent as well as safe location.
