Considering the Arche Hotel in Siracusa?
A VT member wrote the following comment about visiting Siracusa:

'The Ear of Dionysius', located in the archaeological park Neapolis. It's a huge stone cave which has special charm. Firstly, the entrance to it really has a shape of an ear (the name was given by Caravaggio in 1608 who was the first to notice the unusual form). Secondly, there is a version that tyrant Dionysius kept here prisoners and overheard their talks owing to the fact that any word you say in the cave is multiply intensified. I checked it myself!
