Don't forget to bring a camera during your visit to Siracusa. This cave in the limestone quarry is called 'The Ear of Dionysos'. Still, noboy knows for sure why they digged into the stone in this shape. Maybe because of the acustic from the greece theatre which is situated just beyond the cave. This cave can be found in the archeologic area.

"A legendary place to visit"

Siracusa is a city which can be divided into two parts. The island is of Greek style and you can enjoy the beautiful sea view. The other is mostly a modern one but has two ancient theatres. I came to Siracusa in the morning from Noto and left in the evening to Roma. Generally speaking, I love Sicilian people, at least better than those guys in Milano.
