Tarchon

We had a reservation. We couldn´t arrive though one of us got sick and we had to return to Sweden. They havn´t answered my mail, one after another. It´s a huge nonchalanse and I got the feeling that they are not serieous about guests. I also payed a huge deposit and when doing soo, I hade to ask if the deposit arrived. I just got one word back "thanks". It´s a huge nonchalanse, not welcoming at all. I´v got a bad feeling from the beginning. Tarquinia have a lot of other nice hotels to choose from, choose another one. You will regrett choosing Tarchon.
