Il Vecchi Mulini: Get some R&R at this amazing B&B!

All we can say is WOW. We found this gem with little effort, and what could have been just another (yawn) B&B turned out to be very comfortable, well located, and a lot more fun than either of us expected.

Some B&Bs you meet the owners and you sorta hope you don't have too much contact with them; others you actually LIKE the owners but you never see them. This is an example of a B&B where not only do you like the owner, but he's seemingly always on hand to chat, laugh, and share advice.

Consider:

Us: "Fabrizio...we're looking for a 'good' pasta restaurant. Got any suggestions?"

Fabrizio: "Hmm, si. Let me call this place I know..."

Five minutes later we had a reservation at a little-known (and very much hidden-away) restaurant that turned out to serve the best plate of homemade pasta that either of us had ever had.

Planning a trip to see Venice and Padova? Torreglia is a beautiful area far away from the tourists. Do yourself a favor and spend a few nights--or a week--at this splendid B&B. If you don't also give it a 5 star review I'll eat my hat!

A host who goes out of his way to ensure that you have a comfortable and relaxing stay. 5 stars all the way.

Situated in the beautiful Colli Euganei area.
