Super Modern/Italian style
Searching for a reasonably priced hotel I found this one online.
It had more of everything for just a few euros more.
When checking in I found I had found just what I was looking for. The rooms are quiet, even though some face the street.
Not located in the tourist area, but 4 minutes by car from the shoreline piazza area, you can use the free bicycles owned by the hotel to go downtown. Highly recommended as parking is pay only more near the center. You can reach the shore by bike in ten minutes easily.
Be sure and consider eating one meal in the village above this hotel called Arco. See my tips on one of the restaurants there.

Efficient staff, beds that are comfortable, and modern bathroom with a shower that has room.
The building is easily found, and plenty of parking on the side by the bar, also in back.

The pool, small, but lots of chairs and umbrellas.
The only thing I found needing was that I am used to jacuzzi pools having fairly hot water. This one is tepid.

Free wellness center and bike to town
I was looking for a relaxing destination for a weekend and I found this nice small hotel near Riva del Garda. Thanks to a early summer offer, I booked a double room for 70€. The rate include buffet breakfast, Satellite TV, free bikes to go to the city center, access to the outdoor pool and free entrance to their wellness center: sauna, calidarium bath, Water paradise (??), Hydro massage, Relax area with herbal tea selection, Tropical rain (??), Revitalizing shower, Area Fitness Tecnogym. They also have a massage area but it need to be booked ahead and it is not included in the hotel rate (I checked the price list out and a 45 minute massage cost about 50 Euro).
Very quite position even if it looked a little bit more close to the city center from their map. If you want to use their free bike to go to the center it will be aprox a 2 kilometer ride, pleasant and downhill going to the center but you will have to go back too :-))).
The room was spacious and comfortable, they provide three towels for every person plus another one if you access the wellnes area, free plastic thongs and soap and shampoo selection.
We got a room at the third floor, facing a busy road but the windows kept the sound off and we never heard any noise. The air conditioning system wasnt working because the weather was actually cool so I cant say anything about that.
The wellness center is in the basement and it is small. It need to be booked ahead of time because they dont allow more than 6 people at the same time. The hot tube can be used by 4 people at the same time, it was kind of weak, aslo it was kind of dangerous to get in and out, they should fix it so it is easyer to access. Everything else was fine.
Because of the weather we could not use the pool, but, even if small, it look really nice with woodden sunbed and umbrella.
Breakfast is served from 6.30 to 9.30. Consist of a variety of bread, rools, jam, yogurth, fruit, boiled eggs, cheese, salami and ham. There is a self service machines for coffee, cappuccino, tea and chocolate and a machine for juice.
