The Cyprianerhof knocked me out of my shoes: as a guest on that very weekend in March 2011 I was appalled from how functional luxury hotels finally can be, mixed and blended into nature. Their inner pool connects directly to the outer pool, facing the mountains. I enjoyed watching the moon, dipped into 30 degrees water and observing the mountain's silhouette. Cannot wait to go back.
The materials for everything is superb. I found each meal to be amazing in choice and quantity: you could do your own veggie and fruit blends at the buffet, slice your own speck, choose to edit your cereal with nuts and all kinds of seeds and dried fruits. Even in the afternoon - when you come back from a hike - you can help yourself with some delicious broth and dark bread in it and diced smoked ham. The staff is everywhere and nowhere: I felt at home.
