Hello! Can somebody advise me is there any rent-a-car in Marina di Castagneto Carducci or nearby?
I assume that you will take the bus back to the train station in Donoratico (which shares the station with Castagneto Carducci), then take the train up to Livorno or down to Grosseto, where there are a number of car rental agencies (Avis is one that I see).
Even closer, there's a Europcar agency in Cecina...note that this location is open with limited hours, and that the vast majority of car rental locations are closed Saturday afternoon and all day Sunday, except at airports and in very large cities...

I think you may need to Pick Up and Drop Off in Livorno, which is nearby.
I searched with Kemwel Drive Europe with fictional dates, doing both Pick Up and Drop Off at their Livorno Downtown Office Statzione Marittima Porto, and got lots of offers.
When typing in your preferences and needs, careful to check opening/closing hours at each Pick Up/Drop Off place.
Often, even when a location is shown as "Open" at your hour, the offer keeps coming back with "Location closed at this time, choose another."
Usually that's when there's an airport in the city, most rental companies seem to want to force you to Pick Up/Drop Off at airport.
Not always... anyway it takes a bit of patience. :)
+ it's usually cheaper to rent a car when buying your airline ticket (if you are buying that...) and you then get Flying Points if you have an Aeroplan.
I found Kemwel's prices to be the lowest whenever I searched but never rented with them yet.
Just compared rental done with Avis with what Kemwel would have charged and it's $208 more with Avis (but ok, I get Aeroplan points...)
still, I'll try Kemwel next time I rent a car in Europe.

Relax, relax & relax in this small village connected for some reason to the famous italian poet Giosue' Carducci.
It lays (the village, not Giosue') half an hour by car from the sea.
What you can see in this page is a collection of images taken in an awfully hot afternoon in July 2003.
The crew was heading to Pisa airport to put the germans back in Germany and we had a stop here.
