If you are not put off by fancy furniture not in your room, and know a little bit of Italian you will enjoy this hotel.
The hosts work hard to make your stay comfortable. If there are several rooms they will let you take a look and choose the one with the best view, etc. The whole experience is like stepping back to old Italy.
Romana Marcori runs this hotel, and she also cooks for the her guests and clients. You can also set up cooking lessons if you call or write in advance. This lady is a polished Tuscan cook. She can lay out a spread for your table or for a wedding party.
The atmosphere in the hotel dining area is very comfortable.
