Everything's fine except poor location

I was referred from another B&B to this one because the other was full (although I made a reservation!?) There is one common bathroom to share between several rooms. I find the whole place very clean and I have a wash basin in my room which adds to the convenience. The double bed is big and comfortable. But the location is quite out of the way. It is on the other side of the railway station, away from the city attractions, about 15 to 20 minutes walk.
