Hotel to avoid!

I staid just one night in this hotel hopefully!!:
First they charged us a bedroom ( 3 peoples )for 90 Euros. We said Ok!
For paying they refused our credit card and they asked for 120 Euros if we couldn't have been able to pay by cash.Because they wanted to be paid before the night.
We decided to pay cash.
And when we tried to find the pillow and the sheet for the third bed: we had nothing, I reached the front desk and they told us that it 's 10 Euros for the pillow and 10 for the sheet.
Welcome in Firenze.

A Winner!

We have just returned from a trip to Florence. The Hotel DeLanzi was one block from the Duomo. Our room faced the street, so the chiming bells from the Campanile were loud and clear - a wonderful experience. The staff was polite, rooms were clean and the location was superb! Breakfast was simple, continental style. We would highly recommend staying there.

Unique Quality: Great location! (One block from the Duomo)
Air Conditioning.

52 Steps from Il Duomo- We Counted!

Definitely recommended- this was a terrific spot to spend the week we had in Florence. English-speaking staff was very helpful, excellent laundry service (which we desperately needed after a week in rainy/windy Paris), they set up tours very easily at the front desk to lots of places including ours to Siena and San Gimignano- and our driver was very courteous and also stopped at the American WW2 Memorial for us on the way back. Breakfast was included but we found that we slept so soundly- you can't hear Anything outside those rooms!- that we usually missed it. But oh, there's a wonderful restaurant next door that if you're lucky you can SMELL- marvelous! Comfy rooms, much larger than we expected, safe in rooms and locking wardrobe was helpful for us with all our camera gear.

Unique Quality: The front door of this hotel is exactly 52 steps to the Dome. Great location and really nice staff! There was a sign at the reception desk stating they did not allow any children in the hotel, but we did see one or two couples with little ones. It was very quiet and people were very respectful and nice.
