by IbizahippieI understands that Alex House have several apartments..some might not get the room like what they see from the net when they did the booking..I'm quite pleased somehow to get the room exactly as I saw on the picture when doing the online booking.
Tho I booked for an double ensuite room(with attached bathroom), I actually got a separate bathroom -but it's private only for you(You have a key for the bathroom).
Anyway, the room is nice, well furnished & the bathroom is new and clean.
The downside is that the street just below is very busy and noisy(due to the location near to everywhere..)
You also have to be prepared to climb up the flight of stairs to go to your apartment. Tho there is a lift, seems that it's lock and not for guest use :(
The location is great and you are close to all the places of interest. It's all just a minutes away from the apartment :)
It's great when you are tired of visiting or shopping, you can return to your apartment to put your stuffs or change, then continue your visiting again :)
It's also near "che che restaurant" -popular with tourist. So it's good to book in advance if you are planning to go there.
Price EUR 42 for each pax per night for twin ensuite room.
