I have stayed at the Della Robbia more than 10 times. The hotel is family run and has features for the business traveler. It has free wireless internet service in the lobby (also first floor rooms and PARKING if you have a car. If you have ever been to Florence you know what a problem finding a place to park it. Rooms are good size, have modern bathrooms, TV with limited channels. Serves a continental breakfast and has small bar in lobby. Location is good for a lot of business in the central area of Florence.
Day staff speaks fairly good English. Night clerks tend to only speak Italian.
