Visiting the Uffizi, of course. Don't let those long lines discourage you. This is one of the finest museums in the world, and the best with respect specifically to the Renaissance. It's easy to spend an hour in the roomful of Botticellis alone. The Uffizi is the real reason to come to Firenze.
