By the train station..
This place is literally one block from the train station-super convienient if you have an early train or flight. It is located on the 3rd floor-there is a lift. The bedroom was large by European standards and had an ok bed. The windows are equipted with black out shades which also block out street noise completely. We accidentally overslept because of these very effective shades! The breakfast was only packaged croisants, teas and coffee.

Has anyone stayed in Old Florence Inn Bed and Breakfast?...i was planning to book this place for my stay in Florence in April.

We are staying there at the end of March although haven't been there yet. The owner has been most helpful via email with information so, along with reviews on other websites, I have a pretty good feeling about it. Will report back after our stay, but that'll probably be too late for you.

Three of us spent three nights at Old Florence Inn. Reasonable rates. Clean. Helpful staff. Rooms are very tiny. There is no kitchen in the hotel (it's not really a b&b) so breakfast consists of a tray delivered to your room the day before with instant cappuccino, packaged croissant, rusks, jam. Uninspired but ok. Fruit bowl in the lobby. Would I recommend? Hmmm. I'm sure there are better hotels.
