The proprietor , Roberto, was very friendly and helpful. The B&B is very quiet. The location is in the center of Florence and within walking distance of the train station...Santa Maria Novella. The room was spacious and clean. A word of caution...the B&B is located at the end of a (steep) series of 88 steps on the 4th floor of the building. You will definitely get your excercise climbing up and down several times a day!
