Residenza Il Carmine is a very nice group of five apartments on the premises of the owners house. They are serviced apartments - your beds are made up and fresh towels are available. There is a very nice garden area with tables where you can sit outside. Many visitors ate breakfast or dinner outside - we tended to drink Prosseco in the garden. The beds were the best of my entire trip and the furniture was of very high quality. The apartment has an air conditioner but we did not need to use it. There are screens on the windows - never seen this in Europe before but it was a nice addition. There was plenty of storage space. We stayed in apartment Incenso that has this lovely window looking out over the garden. The owner is very helpful and pleasant and had a puppy named Maria who we could play with. Maria will be a very spoiled dog with all of the attention she gets. In the Oltrano.

Unique Quality: Very comfortable and clean; screens on the windows; garden area; you enter through two locked doors before getting to the garden so it is very safe. Nice area with food shops and restaurants in the immediate area.
