Cheap, Decent Guesthouse
We took a room with a private bathroom. I am gald we did as there was often a line to use the bathrooms as we came and went in the mornings and evenings.
The loaction is great for those who arrive at the Stazione de Santa Maria Novella. We were in walking distance of everything and found the location of great benefit. Florence is easy to get around, so I am sure most hotels/guesthouses have similar advantages.
We good good winter rates and a discount for staying for more than 4 nights.
Having our own keys allowed us to come and go as we pleased and also meant we felt more secure leaving cameras etc in the rooms.
Recommended for those who want privacy, their own bathroom and a sense of security at a reasonable price.
Unique Quality: Room had a cute little balcony that overlooked the street markets around the Mercato Centrale Area.
