    Wonderful localtion. High on a hill near the fort, the Villa Belverdere overlooks all of Florence (looking toward Fiesole). The rose garden in summer is incredible.

    The villa has a pool, great cooks and a well stocked bar to top off your day. It's only a short 10 minute walk to a bus stop and for the more athletic you can walk the narrow paths to the top of the Boboli gardens in about 30-45 minutes.
