i call this "the ghosts' hotel"
this looks pretty nice from the outside but somehow i get scared when i look at his at night.
it is facing the harbour and it has a massive structure, not too high though.
It's supposed to be one of the best in town, but i feel like some horror movies could be filmed in it ahhahha

A central expensive hotel!
This hotel is very close to the center. maybe it's not so beautiful like the others are, but you can join every important place in Livorno by it.

Ferry to Bastia, Corsica from Livorno
At what dock does the Ferry to Bastia depart from?
Does anyone have a suggestion for a hotel near the ferry dock?

i live in Livorno :) It leaves from Stazione Marittima.. what you wanna do is take bus 1 to Piazza grande and ask for "Stazione Marittima" which will be on the right if you come from the train station, and on the left if you come from the beach. Once you are there at the gate, u'll find custom officers dressed in grey, ask them to point which building (probably u'll see the ferry, it's yellow and white).

there are NO hotels next to the dock. The one I can suggest, which is within walking distance is Hotel Granduca in front of the harbour or Hotel Giappone Inn in Via Grande.
There is a nice wine bar next to Hotel Granduca, it's called " Il Vinaino" i usually go there for drinks and lots of free good food. maybe u can check it out
