Location is only negative here.
Lobby and Bar area were very nice. Rooms were above average in size w/ Italian hotels and everything worked well. A/C was good and functioned well. Staff were very helpful almost all of them spoke english well, which is a plus. Wait staff w/ restaurant and bar were very nice and professional. Would not hesitate to stay again. Location is a little off the tourist path, but after 7 days here, it was kinda nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of downtown. Buses run daily to downtown and staff will help w/ this. Bikes can be rented and taken downtown as well, but i recommend not taking one unless you are familiar w/ the roads and traffic patterns as it can be utterly confusing and even dangerous to outsiders.
