Hostel in Pisa
Working hours 6 p.m.-22.p.m. This is the time when you can reach hostel staff by phone (not earlier !) Also if you get there before 6 p.m. you can't enter the hostel.
If you try to send a fax, it doesn't work at all because the fax and phone are not separated and they do not understand when you ask them to press button for fax signal. Do not expect them to replay you by fax they do not know that thay should wait for fax signal first. In the hostel you don't get room key, so when you go out don't return before 6 p.m.
The price is 15 EUR, without breakfast.
To get there by bus, take no. 3 (bus stop in front of the main railway station - there is tourist office where you can get city map), When you pass Piazza dei Miracoli (right side of the street), watch carefully because the table of the hostel is behing the bushes. The best sign is the bus stop at the town cemetery (right side of the street, bus stop is at the gate), and then get off on the next stop.

The complex can cheaply accomodate school, sports and parish groups in rooms with 2-3-4 beds.The Centre also offers private rooms for families with 2-3-4-5 beds at very low rates.
The Tourist Centre is open all year round.
