    I stayed for 5 days in Villa Kinzica and would go several times more since it is really good. First of all due to the fact that it is situated probably in the best location i.e. 1 minute walk from Campo dei Miracoli. Also there is a good service, very clean and cosy. I could see the tower of Pisa from my window. Breakfast was also great.... good capuccino ... just ask for it you'll love it. All the staff was really nice... I recommend it if you want to explore Pisa and also to catch a bus to Pisa Centrale you just have to cross the road.

  • Directions: 5min walk from Piazza dei Miracoli. The bus from Pisa Centrale is the LAM Rossa. From hotel to station is bus no. 4. You need to buy tickets from the tabaccheria, you will find one two corners further up. Don't forget to validate the ticket on the bus.

    This little hotel is nothing grand, but it's friendly and the location is absolutely perfect. You can see the tower from the hotel, there's a restaurant and bar downstairs (didn't try it, but it looked very nice and was always well attended).
    Beds were comfortable (was a twin room - room number 51 if you're interested!), shower room could do with a refurb. but the shower was very good to use.
    If you look carefully, you can see the Tower out of the window!

    • It is a hotel, so it's more expensive than a hostel, but it's nice, free breakfast, and you can't beat the location, as we could see the leaning tower out the window in our room.
