Great place

We were looking for a place to stay right outside of cortona so it would be cheaper. We found this place online by chance. We made our way there by train from Florence, but once you get to the closes stop you still have to get a taxi to the camp site if your not driving. We got off one stop early and had to walk from a station with no one at it to another station about a mile away then by a miracle chance we found the only taxi in that town. Upon arriving it was nicer than i though it would be, it has a beautiful lake with a great view. The staff was great and we ended meet some great people, two of them we traveled up to Holland with them. We had a 2 person tent with us that we used. You do not have to have a tent you just need a sleeping bag. I don't remember the exact price but it was not bad. There are a lot of Dutch people there during the summer and they are great. We were the only Americans there, but almost everyone spoke English. I miss being there with my friends drinking wine, swimming and relaxing.
