Todi's Best
We stayed 4 nights in a jr suite rm 111. We had a massive balcony that overlooked a tiny piazza with an ice cream shop. We asked the 20 yr old girl at the front desk if it was safe to wander around at night. She sighed "Too safe."
Todi is a quiet under-touristed gem. And the Fonte Cesia it's best hotel.

In the heart of the town
This is one of those "I didn't stay here but here is a hotel tip anyway...."
When we visited Todi, we rented a farmhouse 10 minutes outside the town. However, if I wanted to stay right in the town, I would pick the Hotel Fonte Cesia. It's a four star hotel that is reasonably priced - nothing like the price of a Roman four star. It's located in a beautiful residential section of Todi and close to everything. The outside was very nice and well cared for.
