Not a very good hotel
On a 14 night trip around Europe in July - August 2005 staying at all types of hotel this was the worst we encountered, though the highest star rating.
The air cond was noisy and other guests complained theirs wasn't working at all. Room stained with cigarette burns, wallpaper hanging from walls, fittings missing in bathroom. No kettle to make a cupper. In fact nothing that could possible even rate 3* let alone 4*.
This hotel does not rate a 4* - every 3* (without exception) that we stayed in was much better.
The piece de resistance was the most dreadful breakfast ever - I challenge anyone to find a more pathetic breakfast in Europe.
On the positive side, the bed was very comfortable and though the place is lacking in some basic maintenance work, it was clean.
Best to give this place a miss.

Good quality chain hotel
The Class hotel chain operates about a dozen places across Italy.
If this place is anything to go by, then I will certainly use some of their other hotels.
The place was not in the greatest location, being about a 15 minute walk from town, and facing a retail park, but it was clean, smart and well-run.
By booking through an agency - the price came down to less than 50 Euro a night for a room for 2, including Breakfast. I have happily paid three times that amount for the same standard of hotel elsewhere.
