The wonderful cheeses of the Piedmont region are worth trying!
Racclet (spelling?) is a fantastic way of enjoying the traditional 'fondue' style. A large block of cheese (literally half a wheel for 5 of us) is placed on a rack on the centre of your table and a heating element put across it (end on) - this then causes the cheese to slowly melt and you are provided with pickled veg, baked potatoes and a selection of cold meats that you then 'drip' the cheese onto! Very indulgent!
We did this at the Brasserie (owned and next door to the Breithorn Hotel)

From the travel agents truth bible.
"Rather basic though friendly option at edge of resort. Steeply sloping entrance creates difficulties for any guest with mobility problems. Suits those on a budget. Public bar uses separate entrance and is open daytime only."
There were some pics as well and although it looks a bit basic, it looks nice and clean and better than a lot of 2* hotels i have seen
