what a most amazing day it was! the perfect blue skies, no wind, just calm and still. being a weekday, it was great as there were no people around to bother us! we had the mountains to ourselves! apparently on weekends, this place is crawling with milanese who are escaping the stuffiness of the city centre. i can see why.
