it ain't no porsche that for sure!
i really do not know if this is a cultural thing of the region, but i saw quite a few of these weirdo little cars with only one wheel on the front. they are like wheelbarrows with a cover! maybe they are easier to maneuvoure on narrow mountain roads? who knows, they are cute though, and this is the only place in the world i ever seen them!
