Hi, I am travelling July 2008 to Bardolino. We can fly from Manchester or Liverpool. Manchester flights to Verona are very expensive (we need 11 nights, Sat to Wed) It seems much cheaper to fly either to Venice Marco Polo or Venice Treviso. Does anyone know the likely taxi transfer cost and travelling time from either for 3 passengers.

HArd to say, regular taxis can be quite expencive, an probably will charge you with the meter. You can deal a rpice maybe better with a limo service. I found one based in mestre (mainland of Venice) but you should be able to find one (i have another on my Verona page.
I won't expect less than 300 Euro... (Bardolino is quite far from Venice or Treviso) but that is only a sensation.

The main square of the town looks almost like a wide street. It starts at the harbour and ends by the parish church at its north end. It is the most vivid part of the town which irresistible reminds on the mediterranean places. The square is filled by numerous cafe-bars, restaurants and shops.
