Bardolino is situated on the left-hand of Lago di Garda, the one which belongs to the Region of Veneto. With its close surroundings it has probably the most attractive beach resorts in whole lake area. You shouldn't miss it when visiting Lago di Garda.
"Cisano"
Cisano is practically suburb of Bardolino, situated just a few kilometres south of the town. There are plenty of wonderful beach resorts in Cisano, which almost look like an mediterranean landscape.
"Remnants of Castello Scaligero"
Bardolino, along with Garda, is one of the few places in the area of lake without characteristic Castello Scaligero. There was a castle here in fact, but destroyed during the centuries. The only remnants of it is this bastion and defending tower in the vicinity of the parish church.
