I like staying in this hotel, it isnt expensive and yet offering very descent accomodation and breakfest aswell. Not of less importance, it is easy to access by the car and securing free parking place right in front of the hotel. But it's biggest advantage is almost perfect position, 100 metres from the main city square and in a close distance to the several restaurants.
Unique Quality: Hotel is situated in the very safe area, non traffic zone and therefore it offers peacefull nights and good healthy sleeping. If travelling with the kids could be almost perfect accomodation.

Close to Venice and not too expensive
I stayed in this hotel couple of times and found it very convinient. The hotel is situated just a foot from the main city square and the main attractions of Mestre. The room is clean, air-conditioned and not expensive. If you're traveling by car, like I usually do, there is parking place for the guest right in front of the hotel.
Unique Quality: Since it is in the center of the city, the view is nothing special but the area around hotel is very quiet and safe. I found the breakfast pretty good for an three stars hotel.
