We are coming to Peschiera in June. My daughter has allergies to: Eggs, nuts, peas, lentils, chick peas, and kidney beans. How easy will it be to communicate this to waiters in restaurants with limited phrase book italian?
If you want, me and/or other italian Vter may help you to write a note to show at the waiters... We just have to be sure the traslation of those is 100% correct

Is she is very sensitive to the allergy (in this case, we can underline the fact), or a very small amount of those can be tolerated?

(P.S. to doublecheck the names translation, search the english wikipedia (it as usually the classification latin name of the variety, then clisk "italian", see if the variety is the same and read the italian name.
Be careful that in some regions of italy there may be (expecially in soups = Zuppa) some other rare legumes

Actually I don't remember exactly at this moment, which year I was camping in Peschiera with my family, but I think it was around 1996 +/- one year.
But that's not really important. What's important is that I had a great time here on a big wonderful camp ground with great facilities, and we got to relax and see a lot of things. Peschiera is a located at the 'bottom' of the huge and beautidul Garda Lake when you look at a map of Northern Italy.
